Composition

Each 100ml contain:
Sulphadimidine Sodium 33.33gm

Mode of Action

I-SULF INJ inhibits the folic acid metabolism in bacterial cell resulting powerful antibacterial effect. It is rapidly absorbed from the injection site and slowly excreted from the body.

Indications

I-Sulf is effective against gram positive & gram negative bacteria, rickettsia and coccidia. I-Sulf is the drug of choice in Pyogenic, Respiratory and Elementary tract infections. It is also effective against Pasteurellosis, Actinobacillosis, Collibacillosis and Coccidiosis of all animals.

Dosage & Administration

CATTLE, HORSE, SHEEP, GOAT and other large animals: Initial dose 30 ml per 50 kg b.wt. s.c., i.m., i.v. Followed by 15 ml per 50 kg b.wt. s.c., i.m., i.v.
DOG, CAT and other small animals: Initial dose 3.0 ml per 5 kg b.wt. s.c., i.m., i.v.Followed by 1.5 ml per 5 kg b.wt. s.c., i.m., i.v.
POULTRY:
30 ml per 12 litres of drinking water.
