Mode of Action

MEPYRAMINE MALEATE is a specific antihistaminic substance having antagonistic effect against histamines due to its affinity for the receptor cells. Along with this antihistaminic effect, it has marked local anesthetic action & reduces the capillary permeability.

Cattle, horse:
2-6ml/100kg body weight
Sheep and Goat: 4-8ml/40kg body weight
Dogs and Cats:
.5-5ml/10kg body weight.
